I'm married to a hardworking oilfield man, and together we have three beautiful babies here on earth and many more waiting for us in heaven.
I've worn a lot of hats. I'm prior Army, and over the years I've worked in behavioral therapy, cleaned condos, bartended, and probably a few other jobs I'm forgetting. I've been a single mom, started over more than I care to admit.
Life hasn't always been easy. I've lived through those seasons of starting over, making tough choices, stretching every dollar, and learning that the moments we have with the people we love are never guaranteed. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am as a person but also the kind of photographer I want to be.
Photography has been a passion of mine for 18 years now. Crazy even saying that lol. It started with taking pictures of friends and family and editing them on Picnik (if you know, you know!). What began as a hobby quickly became something I fell in love with.
But one thing has never changed, I never want this to become just a business. I never want to charge so much that families who have walked any path like mine feel like professional photos are out of reach.
I believe everyone deserves photos that make them stop, smile, and remember exactly how this season of life felt. That's why I do everything I can to keep my sessions affordable. Life moves fast, and these moments don't last forever. I'd love to help you hold onto them.
